Want to get fit and in shape? Or do you want to contend in the ring as an Amateur? Here at The Mint Martial Arts boxing Craigieburn academy, all you need to start is a pair of boxing gloves, hand wraps and a skipping rope. Our aim is to offer a secure and supportive environment for people to learn the boxing Craigieburn sport and benefit from the physical, mental and tactical fitness regime.

Conveniently located in the city of Craigieburn, The Mint Martial Arts boxing Craigieburn academy is a comprehensive fitness centre and we’re pleased to have members from different backgrounds and fitness levels. Depending on your fitness and skill level, we create a boxing Craigieburn exercise plan with you that includes following a trainer and doing a series of boxing moves sweeping punches (crosses, hooks, uppercuts); smaller punches (jabs); squats (ducks); and short, quick steps forward and back. The next part of the session involves strength training, stretching, and hitting a punching bag and finally sparring with an actual opponent.

Boxing Craigieburn has always been an incredible way of strengthening your core muscles, arms, back, and legs. When you swing your arms and dodge by using the muscles of your arms and shoulders, you are essentially increasing your upper-body strength and when you’re crouching with a wide stance, with your knees bent, you’re, training your lower body. Boxing Craigieburn not only provides you strength and stamina but alsogets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes while strengthening your bones and muscles, burning more calories and lifting your spirit.
